Major additions to this heritage-listed federation home in Mount Lawley. The extensive works included a new garage, open plan living area and master suite; more than doubling the floor area of the existing cottage. A new stately front fence and double carport were also included. These additions helped to bring this home up to modern standards and meets all the client’s needs whilst remaining a faithful expression of the existing architectural motifs.
