Located right on the beachfront, this renovation project was a special opportunity. Maintaining the bones of the existing building, new windows were added, and walls altered to improve the spaces within the home. The balcony was extended, and graced with a stylish, retro balustrade. The entire upper floor was redesigned, to bring the kitchen into the living area and create an open plan, as well as bring the master suite upstairs. The exterior of the home was entirely repainted to a crisp white, with the front wall and garden replaced to better interact with the street, and the beach beyond. The outcome is a house that no longer looks tired and aged, presents extremely well from the street, and meets all the needs of its owners.
