Currently under construction, the brief for this addition was a new modern living area to interface with the mature garden to the rear of this existing home. Utilising a level change to bring the floor level down to the ground, the new space connects directly to the outdoors through large sliding doors. A pitched roof elevates the space, with feature trusses adding interest and framing the room.
